To this end, we provide information in centre through a variety of channels – store directories, store guides, information signage and broadcast messages. We also have an Information Desk within the centre where our friendly customer service staff are on hand to answer questions from shoppers and to provide information on our shopping centre facilities, stores and places to eat – as well as to assist with directions.
